    Sega will release a new update for Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 sometime today, Jan. 14. The Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 update introduces four new playable characters including Sega's very own Sonic the Hedgehog, an online multiplayer boss battle mode, and more. The roster will see Sonic the Hedgehog, Lidelle, Ocean Prince, and Ms. Accord joining the ranks. Alongside Sonic, the free content update for Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 also adds a new boss raid mode.
