    Publisher Bethesda Softworks and developer Arkane Studios Austin during the Xbox Developer Direct announced the open-world cooperative first-person shooter, Redfall , will launch for the Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Xbox Game Pass on May 2.

    During the Xbox and Bethesda Developer Direct today, a release date for Redfall was announced and new gameplay was shown off. The open-world, co-op first-person shooter from Arkane Austin will be released on May 2 for PC and X box Series X/S. You can play it day one with Game Pass. Along with the release date today, members of the team behind Prey and Dishonored shared a gameplay deep dive of the vampire slaying title.

    Bethesda, Arkane Studios, and Microsoft wrapped up the recent Xbox and Bethesda Developer Direct with an extended new look at Redfall .
    The gameplay demonstration showcases various locations in the open world environment, including safe houses where players can interact with NPCs and pick up new missions. We did, of course, also het to see plenty of combat gameplay, with players taking on several different varieties of vampires with unique abilities.
