    Siege of Dragonspear, the standalone expansion to classic RPG Baldur's Gate, is currently half price on the Google Play Store.
    The game, which first came out on PC in 2016, sees you battling your way through an epic fantasy siege along with your party of intrepid heroes. The action takes place just after the events of Baldur's Gate, but before Baldur's Gate II.
    The expansion features voice talent from the original 1998 BioWare game, but not the original developer. Instead, it was created by series custodian Beamdog, to widespread acclaim.

    Stellaris: Galaxy Command, the popular and highly acclaimed sci-fi RPG from Paradox Interactive, is available to download on the Google Play Store.
    Originally released on PC in 2016, before making the jump to consoles last year, Stellaris is what's known as a grand strategy game, which means it involves not just strategy but grand strategy.
    That means exploration, diplomacy, governance, warfare, and so on. The game takes place in the year 2200, just as mankind is taking its first faltering steps into space exploration, plunging you directly into the race to control the cosmos.

    Peak's Edge, the achingly stylish puzzler from Kenny Sun, is out now on Android. Full disclosure: it's been out for several days, but we missed it the first time around.
    Pitched as a pyramidal puzzle roguelike, Peak's Edge sees you rolling a colorful tetrahedrons around on a triangle grid in a bid to see off all the other tetrahedrons and graduate to the next floor of the abstract tower you seem to be working your way through.
    Kenny Sun describes the gameplay as “pretty fun” in his Google Play description, but we're sure he's just being modest. Sun has a string of superb abstract puzzlers...
